Business Analyst

Chelmsford / London - Hybrid

£55,000 - £60,000 per annum

This is a Business Analyst role to join a global insurance business who are going through a large transformation across several areas of the business.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the Change Management team. This team leads important projects across various business functions to help to improve processes, meet regulatory needs, and deliver better systems. You’ll play a key part in making sure these projects meet business goals and provide real benefits.

In this role, you’ll work with project teams to understand problems, gather and document requirements, and help design solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include mapping out current processes, suggesting improvements, creating clear documentation, and supporting testing of new systems. You’ll also help the business prepare for change by providing training support, ensuring smooth handovers, and helping measure the success of new processes and tools.

We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working ideally within Insurance, however wider Financial Services would be fine. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and making processes better, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
