We're looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Possesses a strong background in software development or analysis.
- Is highly organised and results-oriented.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient in SQL, report builder tools (e.g., Crystal, MS Report Builder), and project management methodologies.
- Can translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle.
- Can configure software applications to meet client requirements.
- Can design appropriate solutions for business and system process flows.
