Salary: up to £35,000 + car allowance

Our client, a Facilities Management Provider, is looking for an Cleaning Area Manager to look after their school contract in NW London and Essex.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a friendly and progressive, flexible Facilities Management organisation who are growing and have lots of secure career and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will manage at team of supervisors and cleaning operatives, while maintaining high level of cleaning standards.

Key role responsibilities:

      Managing on-site teams to ensure excellent service delivery while maximising contract profitability.

Adhering to budgets and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Recruiting, managing, and coaching teams to consistently deliver quality service.

Conducting monthly quality audits and holding regular contract review meetings with clients.

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislation across all sites.

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and potential account growth.

Skills Required:

      Previous experience in Facilities Management with a focus on soft services and customer service excellence.

Passionate, flexible, and trustworthy, with previous experience working with education clients and proficiency in basic Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Managing budgets effectively while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety systems in the cleaning industry.

Driving Licence essential.
