Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Immediate Start
A temporary full-time position is available for a Customer Service Administrator at a company located on the outskirts of Chelmsford. This temporary role is during term time only, offering 11.44 per hour. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Please note: Due to the location, access to transport is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Preparing and distributing safeguarding documentation as needed.
- Assisting with minor image editing tasks (experience with Photoshop is beneficial but not essential).
- Drafting and sending assurance letters and confirmations to clients.
- Coordinating and sending event tickets.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external teams to support smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating databases, including Excel spreadsheets.
- Performing general administrative duties as required.
This is a dynamic role that may evolve over time. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks.
