Opportunity to join the sales team at this large successful luxury car dealership, sell the most iconic cars and earn uncapped commission in what could be considered the best paying car dealership in the area.

We are a looking for a hungry car sales professional with exceptional customer service skills to sell high-end vehicles in their large, renowned, highly organised and contemporary show rooms. Realistic ote of 50/60k + in your first year, however many of the team earn 6 figures and commission is uncapped.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell prestige / luxury vehicles and related products, adhering to dealership policies and industry standards.
  • Schedule and conduct customer appointments, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Promptly respond to inbound enquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Educate and inform customers about vehicle inventory, products, and financing options.
  • Perform vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, manage all necessary documentation, and ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle orders, preparation, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve high scores in the regular Customer Satisfaction surveys through exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be over 23 (insurance reasons)
  • Professional demeanour with strong sales ability
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and technical vehicle specifications
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing is advantageous
  • Minimum 2 year of sales experience
