A busy property maintenance company is seeking a Multi Trader/Carpenter to carry out reactive maintenance work on a variety of projects.Â
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all trades, with carpentry as the main focus, and must have at least five years' experience in a similar role.Â
The company undertakes a diverse range of work, from one-off maintenance jobs to full refurbishments, in prestigious buildings, high street shops, and various properties across London and the South East. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance and refurbishment work.
- Ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members.
Benefits:
- Uniform and a company van provided.
- Hours of work: 8 am - 4 pm, ON SITE Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
- Position is on a contract basis.
