Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in using a range of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications.
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Use power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Undertake painting and finishing work to enhance the appearance of completed projects.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role is essential.
- Strong skills in plumb alignment and structural integrity assessments.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The location of this role requires candidates to have their own transport.
