We are seeking a Carpenter-based Multi-Trader to join our dynamic team, carrying out essential repairs and maintenance in social housing across Essex. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service to residents in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within social housing properties.
- Work across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic electrical, plastering, and general repairs.
- Conduct repairs and installations to a high standard, ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations.
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete necessary documentation using a PDA and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with tenants and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with multi-trade skills.
- Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks across various trades.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Full UK driving license (you will be provided with a van and fuel card).
- A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to work.
- Ideally, experience working in social housing or domestic environments.
