DAY SHIFTS ONLY!! 8am - 5pm

We are currently seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for a newly opened upmarket café style eatery located on the outskirts of Chelmsford. With an excellent reputation, it is understandable that the chef brigade is of a very high standard and any chef de partie looking to apply for this position must be an excellent team player.

This amazing café style eatery has regularly changing menus, and a very large cake / patisserie counter. They pride themselves on producing quality dishes. The café style eatery seats 100 covers in the main restaurant and another 90 covers are catered for on the patio. Their menu has British modern influences and is sourced from fresh ingredients from the local area.

The Role

· Working day shifts only! 5 days per week.

· Our client is looking for a hardworking Chef de Partie with a strong and consistent kitchen background in a similar establishment, working with fresh food, in a busy environment, or a more junior Chef who is looking for the opportunity to learn and grown within the team.

· As CDP you will have good all round kitchen experience, being able to run any section as required
