Your role:
Work as part of the Management Team to open and close the kitchen and ensure shifts runs smoothly
Act as Head Chef during their absence.
Preparing high quality food to order and ensuring your brigade has the highest culinary standards
Managing stock and ordering
Ensure you and your team maintain a 5 star level of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.
