Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Chemical Operator to join our team in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will achieve production targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing: Meet production targets, follow SOPs, and maintain On Time Delivery (OTD) metrics. Utilize SAP ERP for production data capture.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe personal and production area, adhering to visual standards and participating in improvement initiatives.
  • Training: Attend mandatory training sessions and acquire new skills as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health and safety policies, assist in Risk and COSHH assessments, and report hazards.
  • Quality Improvement: Adhere to quality standards, report issues to management, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and a team player with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good communication skills.
