Job Summary

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operation of all systems. You will oversee the IT department, manage external vendors, and implement technology solutions to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy & Management: Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Infrastructure & Systems: Oversee the maintenance, security, and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services.
  • Cybersecurity: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place, including data protection, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Manage IT support, providing solutions to technical issues across the company.
  • Project Management: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, new software implementations, and process improvements.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal IT service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
  • Software & Hardware Management: Ensure all IT assets, including construction-specific software, are maintained and optimized for operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, minimum of 1 year experience
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Experience managing IT projects and implementing new technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (DBS/DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experienced with virtualisation technologies (VMWare/Hyper-V)
  • A relevant IT degree or certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) is desirable.
