They are looking for a Client Relationship Manager that has:
Strong organisational and administrative abilities with exceptional attention to detailKnowledge of CRM systems, ideally from a financial services setting.Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities with a client-focused, professional demeanour. The capacity to successfully prioritise, manage several tasks, and cooperate with others in a team. Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving orientated.
Duties- Client Relationship Manager
- After yearly client review meetings, prepare and fill out post-review letters, update CRM records, and work with the administration team to arrange for any necessary follow-ups (such as withdrawals or fund switches).
- Consistently evaluate CRM dashboards to find clients who might have their ongoing fees terminated, making sure the right protocols are followed, and advisors are notified.
- Keep advisers informed so they may continue setting up review meetings by sending out fee warning and final notice letters on time.
