This is a well-established growing company a leader in their field, and you’ll play a key role in maintaining that position through coordinated and consistent marketing efforts. You’ll also explore and implement new and alternative marketing channels to keep the brand at the forefront.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and Managing Director, you'll be responsible for building awareness and trust, while improving the quality and quantity of inbound leads.
You’ll take on day-to-day responsibility for coordinating marketing and communication activities across multiple channels, managing projects on budget and schedule, and collaborating with partners to achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
•   Developing and executing an ongoing marketing plan
•   Planning and implementing marketing campaigns
•   Driving sales lead generation efforts
•   Ongoing website and SEO development
•   Managing all online and offline marketing activities
•   Overseeing all media and marketing assets
•   Monitoring Google Ads and Social Ads with third-party consultants
•   Reporting, analysis, data segmentation, and insight generation
•   Promoting full and effective use of CRM and marketing software
•   Writing effective marketing copy for various platforms, including the website, news articles, social media, emails, and offline materials
•   Updating the website with images and new artwork
About You:
•   1-2 years' experience in a similar role
•   A proactive attitude towards sales and marketing
•   Energy, motivation, and enthusiasm are essential
•   Experience with systems and applications such as CRM, Canva, WordPress, Office 365, and social media management platforms
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Office-based – Great Baddow
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
