Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
Please note: This role is based 5 days on-site so you must live within a commutable distance to Chelmsford. after probation, there will be an option of hybrid working.
I am currently working with a fast growing scale up based in Chelmsford who are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to step into a growing business where you can have full autonomy over the growth and development of the team.
Being the first one in the marketing department, you will work closely with the directors to ensure a clear strategy is set. With their strong market presence and existing clientele, you will focus on growing their online presence across multiple channels as well as generating leads for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take that next step in their career, coming in as a Manager you will slowly grow into the role with full autonomy and a chance to be part of this businesses growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth
Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, emails, social media posts, and promotional materials
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role
Strong expertise in social media management, lead generation, email marketing, content creation, and copywriting
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and PPC management
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
