Your Role
As the Media Sales Executive, you will:
- Take ownership of identifying and approaching potential advertisers and media agencies, presenting tailored advertising packages that include sponsorships, spot ads, and more.
- Build on your existing relationships within the industry while forging new connections with brands eager to leverage the power of radio and podcast advertising.
- Drive sales by hosting engaging face-to-face meetings, understanding client needs, and delivering innovative, bespoke solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and position their brand as the go-to partner for brands targeting diverse audiences.
- Report performance and forecasts to the Business Development and Partnerships Manager, using top-tier CRM tools like EPOS and Apollo.
What they are Looking For
Ambitious individuals with:
- Experience in media, radio, events or podcast ad sales.
- A proven track record of cultivating relationships and closing deals with brands and agencies.
- Strong proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional presentation skills with a flair for crafting compelling pitches.
- Confidence, tenacity, and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
What They Offer
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure and a minimum expected OTE of £50,000 (10% commission on each sale, uncapped).
- A hybrid working model with a minimum of three days at their Chelmsford hub.

- Regular working hours, Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm), with a minimum of 35 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
