We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Sales Manager. This is your chance to join a rapidly scaling recruitment technology solutions provider.

What You Can Expect

  • Location - Chelmsford (Hybrid)
  • Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 plus double OTE uncapped
  • Work Type - Permanent

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Manager

  • Identify and hunt new business opportunities with senior leaders in recruitment agencies.
  • Managing the full sales life cycle from lead generation through to close.
  • Build and execute a sales strategy with a focus on building a pipeline of prospective clients and establishing the product within the market.
  • Owning the sales pipeline including pipeline forecasting and reporting.
  • Building, mentoring and growing a sales team focusing on UK and US markets primarily.
  • Acting as an SME for the products to ensure effective communication of the value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and the recruitment technology innovation.

Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in tech/SAAS sales, preferably selling to recruitment businesses.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the recruitment technology (RecTech) solutions.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, including back-office operations in recruitment agencies.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience with recruitment software platforms or tools would be desirable.
  • Experience working in a fast paced start up environment would be desirable.
