Salary:£28,000 OTE £50,000-£60,000Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6pm, Saturday 8:45am-5pm (day off in the week for working weekend)

Job Overview:

As the Sales Manager/Lister, you will be at the forefront of our property operations, playing a pivotal role in acquiring new property listings and maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of market-ready homes. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients looking to sell their properties. Your expertise in the local property market, combined with your strong sales and negotiation skills, will help drive our business forward. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Seek out and connect with potential clients using diverse methods, such as direct outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Property Appraisals: Perform accurate and professional property valuations to provide clients with realistic and competitive market pricing.
  • Listing Management: Prepare and present thorough and attractive property details for listings.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the team to create and uplift the buyers' imagination for property listings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust client relationships, offering regular updates and feedback throughout the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on local property market trends and developments.
  • Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all clients involved.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in estate agency or a related field is a bonus but not essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and communication; adept at rapidly establishing rapport with clients; highly organized.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the property market and relevant legislation.
  • Licenses: Valid UK driving license.
