• Nursery Nurse who holds a Level 3 qualification
• Nursery Nurse who has solid experience working in the EYFS field

Your role as a Nursery Nurse - Essex

• Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to support their development
• Observe, track, and reflect on the children's learning progress
• Develop successful relationship with parents and give them support needed for their children
• Follow safeguarding regulations
• Ensure children are receiving the best welfare care
• Ensure children are receiving the best care, giving them the best opportunity for the next step after nursery
• Support Nursery teacher teaching children their fundamentals

What makes the ideal Nursery Nurse - Essex

• Full and Relevant 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant or similar)
• Passion for making learning fun an engaging for children
• Excellent EYFS knowledge
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection

• Have current enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get one
