Nurse Seekers takes pride in its current recruitment drive for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for an exceptional Nursery in Chelmsford. The selected candidate should possess enthusiasm and dedication, demonstrating a genuine commitment to nurturing and guiding young children's growth.
Every member of the warm and welcoming team of Nursery Practitioners has a pivotal role: fostering children's development to help them reach their utmost potential. A solid grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is indispensable in achieving this.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that support childrenās learning and development.
- Providing exceptional care and education to children in line with the curriculum framework.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing, assessing, and recording childrenās progress, ensuring individual milestones are supported.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Excellent communication skills whilst working as part of a team.
Requirements
- Holds an appropriate Level 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification or equivalent
- Has knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices
- Is passionate about working with children and supporting their development
- Has a caring, nurturing, and positive attitude
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
