You'll be involved in high-impact projects, focusing on platform improvements, platform extensions, and station upgrades that will contribute to a safer, more efficient, and modernized rail experience for thousands of commuters.

Responsibilities for Estimator
* Prepare and develop accurate cost estimates for platform and station upgrade projects
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project specifications and budgets
* Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to optimize project costs
* Review tender documents, blueprints, and technical specifications for materials and cost inputs
* Provide regular updates on project estimates as they evolve, factoring in any scope changes
* Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes in line with project requirements

Requirements for Estimator
* Proven experience as an Estimator in rail infrastructure projects, particularly in platform or station upgrades
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative team setting
* Knowledge of rail-specific construction methods and materials is highly advantageous
* Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar discipline
