Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be able to complete repairs, surveys and cleaning of clients drain systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot drainage issues, ensuring effective and timely solutions.
  • Specialize in the repair and replacement of both commercial and domestic pumps, demonstrating competence in diagnosing faults and performing repairs.
  • Confident in stripping down and reassembling a wide variety of pumps, with backgrounds in diesel, sprinkler, clean water, and wastewater considered
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition and Test & Inspect desirable

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in drainage
  • Proven experience in drainage repair, with a strong focus on pump systems.
  • Competency and qualifications in diagnosing and fault-finding in both commercial and domestic pumps.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving license.
