Our client, a leading company in the rail sector, is currently seeking a Rail Civils Project Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing rail infrastructure projects with varying civils works from 500k to 20m
- Ensuring all delivery milestones are met on time and within budget
- Working closely with design teams, construction teams, and third parties
- Overseeing line of route civils, platform works, and buildings
- Monitoring the effectiveness of Health & Safety systems
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
- Providing strong team and project management
- Maintaining a good understanding of standard forms of contracts
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager on rail infrastructure projects
- Experience with a variety of civils projects
- Commercially strong with excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety systems
- Proficiency in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contracts
- Experience in managing budgets and adhering to timelines
