Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing rail infrastructure projects with varying civils works from 500k to 20m
  • Ensuring all delivery milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Working closely with design teams, construction teams, and third parties
  • Overseeing line of route civils, platform works, and buildings
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of Health & Safety systems
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
  • Providing strong team and project management
  • Maintaining a good understanding of standard forms of contracts


Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager on rail infrastructure projects
  • Experience with a variety of civils projects
  • Commercially strong with excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety systems
  • Proficiency in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of standard forms of contracts
  • Experience in managing budgets and adhering to timelines
