We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent/Agent to join our team for a major airport project. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers on the project. This is a temp-to-perm role, with potential for continued work on future projects once the current one is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
路Lead and manage a team of engineers on a high-profile airport project.
路Oversee tunnel works, ensuring all project activities are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
路Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, particularly in relation to airside operations.
路Liaise with airport authorities and project stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of works.
路Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met within budget.
路Prepare reports on project progress and provide updates to senior management.
路Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Qualifications:
路Proven experience as a Sub Agent/Agent in large-scale civil engineering projects, with airport or highways experience being a significant advantage.
路Blue Airside Pass required .
路Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in airport environments.
路Excellent leadership and communication skills.
路Ability to manage a team effectively and work in a high-pressure environment.
路Experience in tunnel works/Airport works is highly desirable.
