What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a vital role in the lettings process, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and landlords and tenants receive top-notch service:

  • Property Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections using bespoke iPad software, ensuring properties are in top condition.
  • Tenancy Support: Address maintenance issues, liaise with Property Managers and provide solutions for tenants.
  • End-of-Tenancy Mediation: Produce thorough check-out reports, mediate disputes over deposits.

  • Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle a busy schedule.
  • Communicate confidently in person, via email + phone.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and mobile devices.
  • Hold a clean driving license and have your own car.

Flexible Working Options

  • Full-time: 5 days per week, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Part-Time: Work 3 or 4 days per week and enjoy pro-rated salary, bonuses, and holidays.
