Customer Service Administrator - Permanent - 23,500 per annum - Chelmsford - Free parking

We are seeking applicants with previous Customer Service/Account Management experience gained in an office environment to join our local production client on a permanent basis. On a daily basis, your role will require you to help in the delivery of exceptional customer service to clients new and existing; you will be responsible for handling the customer experience from initial enquiry through the order process and to delivery.

This is a varied role that would suit those looking to join a rapidly growing and dynamic business!

Duties:

Dealing with delivery queries from customers and drivers

Taking and processing customer orders over the telephone

Processing orders received via email

Handling customer queries and complaints through to resolution

Organising emergency orders - working with internal teams to ensure the customer is satisfied with the outcome

Managing and updating standing orders

General administration duties

Skills:

Exception telephone skills

Accurate data entry

Confident user of MS package

A team player with the ability to work alone when required

Confident in managing own workload

Additional information:

Free, onsite parking

28 days annual leave

Working hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm on a rota system

Monday - Friday
