Commercial Manager

Essex

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary construction contractor based in Essex and operating across London, the Southeast and Home Counties. A Commercial Manager role has arisen within the business which would suit somebody from a maintenance and/or refurbishment background, more specifically commercial and residential externals.

Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial aspects of projects.
Prepare and negotiate contracts and budgets.
Monitor costs, variations, and claims.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Must Have:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience in commercial and residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Membership in RICS or CIOB is an advantage.
