As the Marketing Director within the FMCG sector, reporting into the CEO, you will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement efforts to drive market growth, brand equity, and profitability. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in campaign management and a deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and graphic design. You will drive creative development, execute impactful campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives and consumer trends in this competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, enhancing brand equity and driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities to optimize product positioning and consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set short-term and long-term marketing objectives, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand values.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance results.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure campaigns effectively drive customer acquisition and retention.

Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Lead SEO strategies to improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across platforms, ensuring efficient spend and measurable ROI.
  • Oversee creative and targeted social media campaigns to engage audiences and amplify brand presence.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact across all channels.

Creative Development

  • Supervise the creation of visually compelling marketing assets, leveraging graphic design expertise to maintain brand consistency and appeal.

Market and Consumer Insights

  • Leverage analytics tools to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Use insights to drive decision-making, improve campaign effectiveness, and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, digital growth, and strategic recommendations.

Key Requirements
