Job Overview
WE Talent are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support Coordinator to assist multiple Business Development Managers (BDMs) with day-to-day sales operations and customer service to work for one of their key clients. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth client communication, processing sales requests, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
BDM Sales Support

Manage and track sales opportunities from initiation to closure.

Prepare and send quotations to clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Generate programming and engineer request tickets as needed.

Collaborate with the procurement team to update and amend order details.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries when BDMs are unavailable.

Assist with follow-ups and handle inquiry tickets related to BDM accounts.

Arrange collections and deliveries as required.

Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate records of trial and loan equipment in the tracking spreadsheet.

Coordinate with the engineering team to schedule installations and engineer visits.

Update projected close dates in the system to reflect accurate sales forecasts.
General Sales Administration

Respond to live chat inquiries and provide real-time customer support.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their queries.

Process sales orders and ensure timely fulfilment.

Manage online orders by setting up company accounts, contacts, opportunities, and quotations.

Handle and process Radio Links orders efficiently.
People & Collaboration

Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Corporate Responsibility

Participate in company-wide initiatives related to charity, community engagement, and socially responsible business practices.

Ensure all inquiries and processes adhere to company quality procedures and standards.
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
