A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a well-renowned Architectural firm at their office in Chelmsford.
This well-established company has managed to forge a fantastic reputation for delivering on large-scale Residential schemes for developer clients. With a number of exciting projects confirmed for the year ahead, the company find themselves in a great position to grow their close-knit team and this will require experienced Architectural Technicians at varying levels - including a highly adept Senior Architectural Technician.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will take up a very important role in the office - helping to manage the current team whilst leading the way on liaising with clients and the day-to-day technical design.
Senior Architectural Technician Requirements:
- Degree/HNC/ONC or equivalent architectural qualification
- Extensive experience working on the technical design for large-scale residential projects
- AutoCAD proficiency to a high standard
- Proficiency with Revit, Photoshop & InDesign would be desirable
- Team management experience
- In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent written and communication skills
A highly competitive salary is on offer to the successful Senior Architectural Technician, likely to be in the region of 37-42k, fully dependent on experience.
Opportunities also exist at intermediate level.
