This is a great opportunity to join a multi-sector practice who provide award-winning technical design services to a broad range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in their Chelmsford offices
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, the individual will need to have strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician working within a UK practice. The successful individual will have a background working in the residential sector and have a successful history of delivering housing projects. the individual will also need to be able to demonstrate proficiency in Revit and have job running experience.

- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Proficient with Revit
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
- Proven track record of managing housing projects for national housebuilders
- Experience working on residential schemes
- Experience working with local planning authorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Job running experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver's License
