Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Dealing with leaseholder enquiries, lease extension enquiries
- Major works queries on final bills on section 20s
- Processing arrears on service chargers
- Dealing with direct debits and the return direct debits
You must have experience or knowledge in:
- Previous experience as a full leasehold officer in a local authority (not just administration)
- Experience with section 20 notices - issuing them, processing them and dealing with observations off the back of them.
- Understands and processed estimates and actuals.
- Has chased for major works and service charge arrears.
- Previously worked with lease, extensions, enquiries , management packs, enfranchisement.
- (Ideally) Shared owners experience
