Are you a Contracts Manager with a background in Building Services and a network of clients you can bring with you looking to work for a company with an impressive, global client base including CBRE, AstraZeneca, Morgan Stanley, Google, Goldman Sachs among a plethora of others?

This global powerhouse have 8 subsidiaries across different sectors. You will be joining the M&E division, and specialize in Commercial and Industrial projects and large scale fit-outs across London and the South East. You will be working with the biggest names in the industry, on the most prestigious Commercial projects, with your industry experience at the forefront.
Due to the continued growth of their Building Services division this company are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team who can bring with them a wealth of experience and key industry contacts to drive business growth.
In this autonomous role you will be given the scope to work remotely, travelling to the office for fortnightly meetings. Your time will otherwise be split as you oversee projects, coordinate contracts, liaise with key clients, accurately estimate project costs, manage a team of engineers, and share your wealth of knowledge with junior members of the team.
The role would suit a Contracts Manager with Building Services experience and a strong base of industry relationships looking to join a company who are continually expanding, offering a generous bonus, flexibility within the working life and the opportunity to make this role your own.
The Role:
- Bring key industry clients, making a real impact on business growth.
- Oversee luxury fit-out projects, estimating costs, coordinating contracts and overseeing a team of engineers.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing and new clients.
- Complete autonomy over your working life with the scope to work remotely.

- Able to reliably commute to sites as well as Chelmsford office when needed.
