  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing staff to deliver complex projects.
  • Apply and enforce effective project management techniques and processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, setting a standard of excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Schedule and manage projects using Microsoft Project and MS Project Server.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues before escalation.
  • Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets and prepare project status dashboards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in managing projects from bid to production, with a focus on production within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to energise teams to meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Solid understanding of risk management in project contexts.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Project Server, or similar enterprise project management tools.
  • Project management qualifications are desirable.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance and UK Nationality are required due to the nature of the projects.
