A renowned architectural practice specialising in residential, urban design, and landscape projects seeks an experienced Technical Manager to join their expert team. The role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in delivering housing development projects, particularly those ranging from 50 to over 500 units.

The successful candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, transform design concepts into actionable plans, and ensure seamless project delivery within budget and time constraints. Ideal candidates will have experience in the residential development sector, excelling in technical detailing, project management, and team coordination.

On offer is a competitive salary, 23 days holiday plus the Christmas shut down period and bank holidays, healthcare, pension contribution and payment of accreditations.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Technical Manager:

  • Lead technical project delivery for housing developments (50-500+ units).
  • Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure technical compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Oversee project documentation and resolve design challenges.
  • Substantial years of experience in technical management for residential development.
  • Ability to deliver large-scale housing projects on time and budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
  • Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
