One of our clients is looking for a Contracts Manager who specialize in high-end luxury new builds and are seeking a driven professional to oversee multiple projects (2-5 at any time) across London while working from our Chelmsford office.
The Role:
- Managing luxury residential design & build projects from inception to completion.
- Overseeing 2-5 sites at a time, ensuring quality, budget, and program adherence.
- Strong focus on programming, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain project standards.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and best practices.
- Working between our Chelmsford office and London-based sites.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
- Strong background in design & build residential construction.
- Excellent programming, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
