An employee-owned regional M&E contactor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across London and surrounding counties is searching for a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
Jark Cambridge are proud to be representing this market leading M&E firm who specialise in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, bespoke residential, arts & leisure, student accommodation and corporate offices. As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be based out of there head office near Chelmsford but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.
Performance Objectives
Completion of contracts Handover.
Variations Ensuring that these works are highlighted to the office.
Ordering stock and materials.
Maintaining a WIP tracker Stock and work in progress figures must be produced at the end of the month by the contracts team. It will be your duty to assist the office management with the required information to allow these figures to be submitted.
Labour budget management.
Supervision of quality.
Quality assurance.
Resolution of on sites issues.
Person Specification
Previous residential & commercial management experience is preferred.
First aid qualified.
Ideally have a proven track record of business development and already have established relationships with main contractors and sub-contractors.
Ambitious and hands-on approach to projects.
Longevity within previous positions.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects ranging from £500k-£6million.
