- Managing a range of business change and operational projects from end to end in a fast-paced environment
- Working with stakeholders across all levels to define project goals, scope, and success criteria
- Leading change initiatives that enhance service delivery, team performance, and organisational efficiency
- Supporting the transition of new processes or structures into day-to-day operations
- Ensuring strong governance, risk management, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- A proven track record of delivering business change and/or operational projects, ideally within a complex or public sector environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, Agile, APM, or equivalent
