Role Responsibilities – Social Media Manager:

International Property Media is looking for passionate and skilled social media managers, capable of reflecting our enterprise through social media channels, optimising our social media presence.

  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Creating captivating content on behalf of the organisations social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies and tactics with the aim of increasing customer engagement and converting into sales.
  • Manage budgets for paid social media campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies to meet short and long-term targets.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of paid social campaigns, from planning to optimization.
  • Creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Collection of consumer data and analysis of social media interactions and visits to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  • Increasing traffic to website, subscriptions to magazines.
