CRM Marketing Specialist

Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (OFFICE BASED ROLE ONLY)

In this role, you will be working alongside the clients in-house acquisitions marketing team and you will have the opportunity to have a big impact in a growing and exciting company.  

Key duties include:

  • Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee data segmentation and analysis to identify customer trends and behaviours and devise effective targeting strategies to maximise impact.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a variety of different marketing campaigns.
  • Design and build automated nurture sequences for new leads to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Create and optimise landing and order pages to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Set up and maintain automation using Zapier, Keap, or similar programs, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Research and develop business training programs with a focus on branding, social media, and AI.
  • Continuously optimise internal procedures and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline and implement more efficient workflows.
  • Ensure all business systems are seamlessly integrated through automation, eliminating bottlenecks and manual errors.
  • Generate marketing reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics and performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Subject to business requirements, flexibility to perform any other duties at the same level of accountabilities and responsibilities.

Skills and experience you must have:

  • Proven experience working with Keap or Go High-Level CRM systems or similar.
  • Knowledge of CRM customisation, structure, configuration and administration.
  • Experience with data migration, cleansing and segmentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of personalised marketing techniques and tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of setting up automated campaigns, workflows and drip marketing
  • Experience with Photoshop or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and generate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
