The position is for an Organisational Development Consultant for a public sector client in Chelmsford.
This is an initial 6-month contract with a salary range of £500 to £600 per day, inside IR35.
The role supports hybrid working arrangements.
Candidates should have proven experience in areas such as CIPD, organisational design, and change management.
Relevant experience in the public sector, including NHS or government, is preferred.

We are seeking an Organisational Development Consultant for our public sector client based in Chelmsford on an initial 6 month contract paying between £500 to £600 per day inside IR35.

This role allows hybrid working.
