Our client, a respected and long-established firm in Essex, known for their expertise in family law and property matters, is seeking a Solicitor with conveyancing experience to join their vibrant and supportive team in Chelmsford.
This reputable firm provides a broad range of legal services, including family law, domestic abuse support, wills, probate, and property matters. They are committed to delivering high-quality client care while fostering a collaborative and encouraging workplace culture.
Whether you are a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) or have 1–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), this role offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in conveyancing while working within a firm that values professional development, dedication, and a client-focused approach.
Are you the right person for the job?
You will be confident handling:
- Residential conveyancing for sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Unregistered land
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Experience with declarations of trust and commercial property transactions would be a bonus
