Time Appointments are working on behalf of a well-established financial services company based in Chelmsford, who are looking for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to strengthen their growing team.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure, performance bonuses and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients to assess their mortgage and financial situations.
  • Providing guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions.
  • Assisting clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Evaluating client creditworthiness and determining loan eligibility.
  • Collaborating with underwriters, processors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Staying up to date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Skills & Experience required:

  • CeMAP qualified OR hold Cert II qualification OR equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 years Mortgage Adviser/Consultant/Broker experience
  • CAS status
