Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting a local supplier to recruit for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team!

This role will require you to assist the Accounts Team Manager and oversee the day-to-day management of the Credit Control Team, ensuring standards of work and behaviour are maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Credit Control Team by organising their work as appropriate, and setting / maintaining the standards of work and behaviour needed to achieve efficient debt collection and customer service targets.
  • Monitor the weekly credit and standard customer ledger and oversee that processes are being followed.
  • Prepare daily projected invoice report, and pass to the credit and standard credit control team to process.
  • Handle customer call / email escalations that arise as and when.
  • Process the UNPAID customers mail-merge monthly.
  • Oversea the weekly pay to Sage 200 comparison report.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience as a Credit Controller
  • Experience of managing a small team or proven track record of mentoring
  • Must have access to own vehicle to get to the office as no public transport routes.
  • Excellent account reconciliation skills
  • Proficient within the Microsoft packages

Further Details:

  • Full Time: Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
