The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement.
  • Actively participate in event days, supporting clients and the team as needed.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction to post-event follow-up.
