I am working with a leading supplier who are searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and be the main point of contact for all product, delivery, and billing questions.
- Chasing deliveries with suppliers
- Sending out proof of delivery
- Dealing with customer queries and questions via phone and email
- Arranging replacements on faulty items
- Escalating any issues to senior management
- Arranging warranty claims
- Speak with various departments to discuss stock product and orders
- Respond to online queries through the online chat
- Ad-hoc customer service duties
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a customer service role and be able to provide a high level of customer service
