I am working with a leading supplier who are searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and be the main point of contact for all product, delivery, and billing questions.

  • Chasing deliveries with suppliers
  • Sending out proof of delivery
  • Dealing with customer queries and questions via phone and email
  • Arranging replacements on faulty items
  • Escalating any issues to senior management
  • Arranging warranty claims
  • Speak with various departments to discuss stock product and orders
  • Respond to online queries through the online chat
  • Ad-hoc customer service duties

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a customer service role and be able to provide a high level of customer service
