Office experience not required, our client will consider candidates who have worked in Retail and Hospitality.
A well-established client of ours are adding to their Customer Service team on a temporary ongoing basis to begin ASAP.
Please note that you must drive and have your own transport due to company location.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls, assisting with customer queries and complaints should they arise
- Placing and amending customer orders over the telephone
- Handling a high volume of calls and maintaining accurate attention to detail
- Responding to customer emails
- Working well within a team environment
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Will need to drive due to company location
- Must be available to begin ASAP and able to commit until the end of December 2024
11.44 per hour, weekly pay
Office based position with free parking
