Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute e-mails from BL Sales, following e-mail protocol
- Assist with incoming phone calls, dealing with sales enquiries, customer service etc
- Process Orders as back up to the admin team
- Pre-order check orders as they come in prioritising where required
- Help with distribution of orders between admin team
- Any other Customer Service / Admin related task

- To provide the very best level of customer service ensuring that all e-mail correspondence is dealt with accurately and efficiently
- To act as a key point of contact between the Sales & Admin team ensuring that detailed information is passed properly for the admin team to process orders
