Based in Chelmsford - Must drive due to rural location

£25k-£27k + Bonu

Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30 Permanent Role office based

Providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and live chat

Helping people find the storage solutions of their dreams

Processing orders and fixing delivery hiccups with flair

Turning complaints into compliments like a customer service professional

Keeping things organised and on track behind the scenes
