Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Enquiries: Take charge of processing customer orders and addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotes are accurate and liaise with the accounts department to guarantee correct billings.
Spot Issues Early: Proactively identify any discrepancies in orders and highlight potential fixes to avoid delays, ensuring a streamlined experience for customers.
Customer Satisfaction Champion: Keep customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do, fostering a positive environment that prioritises the needs of clients.
